Centrifugal roll sleeve

Centrifugal roll sleeve is made centrifugal casting process. With the centrifugal casting process, the hardness of roll surface has remarkably been improved and even-distributed, the tissure of roll body is fined and the service life or roll is prolonged. The service life is many times as long as it is under convention casting process. They can be use for the calendar rolls of super calendar, controllable calendar of high and medium level and large-sized press rolls. In the condition of the same material, in this case the performances are markedly improved.
